Fears of bad Brexit as Tory ministers head to Brussels

Almost a year on from the referendum vote, formal Brexit talks are set to begin this Monday 19th June, but East of England MEP Alex Mayer has warned of stormy times ahead and urged the Prime Minister to wake up and smell the coffee.

Ms Mayer said: "After a dismal general election Theresa May and her government are embarking on the most important negotiations for our country in a generation yet as usual she is refusing to listen, refusing to engage constructively and believes her reckless path is the only path."
